  Classic - this is a Standing or Seated exercise class using a chair for s
 upport if necessary.  The class consists of a Warm-up\, Stretch\, Balance
  exercise\, and uses a Ball\, Band and Weights for muscle retention and to
  improve flexibiity range of motion and strength.  The class finishes wit
 h relaxation consisting of breathing techniques\, some standing or seated 
 Yoga or Tai Chi.
