 \nGiven every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 10:15am. SilverSneakers 
 Classic - this is a Standing or Seated exercise class using a chair for su
 pport if necessary.  The class consists of a Warm-up\, Stretch\, Balance 
 exercise\, and uses a Ball\, Band and Weights for muscle retention and to 
 improve flexibiity range of motion and strength.  The class finishes with
  relaxation consisting of breathing techniques\, some standing or seated Y
 oga or Tai Chi.
