Senior Sound Meditation - an immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle, yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.  Guided meditation transitioning into meditative sounds.  Dress comfortably, bring water, blanket and small pillow to class.  Participants will be seated in a chair for this class.
