The Campus of the Jewish Home is joining in the American Heart Association "Heart Walk"! The official walk will take place on City Island so The Campus staff and residents will be joining in by walking on the Campus.

 We will walk a designated route on the Campus before coming together for light refreshments and fellowship. Join us to help support the Heart Association and healthy living!
