Given every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 10:15am. SilverSneakers Classic - this is a Standing or Seated exercise class using a chair for support if necessary. The class consists of a Warm-up, Stretch, Balance exercise, and uses a Ball, Band and Weights for muscle retention and to improve flexibiity range of motion and strength. The class finishes with relaxation consisting of breathing techniques, some standing or seated Yoga or Tai Chi.
